i didnt make my goal... well i honestly never do.. i can tell that the weight is coming off but its not enough, i am working out everyday, someway or another, gym or yoga... and only 500 calories or less, i think i am changing it up enough to give my metabolism a boost, i dont know though.. we will see, i can tell that my perscrip. is kicking in... it is supposed to be a hunger suppressant. not that i really feel hunger pain any more, its usually me just getting cranky or its 11 and i know i need to eat or i will crash the next day... oh well stay strong,

I Know you are trying to diet but you should really be eating more than 500 calories a day. Good luck!
1If you're only eating 500 calories a day and working out that much, your body isn't want to let that weight go easily. I'm always shocked by how much more I lose when I throw a few more pears or apples in the mix.
2Yipe, sweetie you are hurting yourself.
3You can't starve yourself like that and not damage your body.

thanks for the concern but i am actually funct. fine and my additude and overall mood is great, i will try to throw in some more food like today i have had some coffee, which i havent done in a while this early in the day and i also had a lite lunch, some olives with tomato sauce, sounds good but it gave me that salt fix that i needed, haha, i will keep all your concerns and siguestions in mind, thanks!
4It really isn't healthy to eat less than 1,000 calories though. Your body ends up storing it and goes into survival mode. Everyone is different though so as long as you have a lots small meals or snacks you should be okay even if you overall calorie count is on the low side, but you should probably talk to a nutritionist so you don't end up hurting yourself.
5Remember you need some proteins as well! And coffee does not count as a meal
6Try mixing carbs, fat and proteins in every meal you have. And in between, add an apple or orange, or some almonds. The posts above are right, your body is probably thinking there's some sort of starvation going on and is storing everything it gets!
